Responsibilities: Individuals in this position will perform the following activities:
• Contribution to the development of a set of tools that will screen people for benefit
eligibility for VPC Processors.
• To be responsible for overseeing the training element of Operations, to include the
coordination of activities concerned with the development and implementation of the
project, and to monitor and evaluate the training as a whole
• Assist with staff development and training programs ATVAM Operations employees
and VPC Processors as required
• develop training program support material conducted from training needs analysis
(TNA) and/or National Training Packages (NTP)
• Participate in the review and continuous improvement process of the Quality
Assurance department’s services
• Contribute to the development of the training department business and strategic plans
• Document and record all information regarding officers/processors progress,
assessment and outcomes, and maintain student files
• Provide supervision and support to all trainees during the implementation of training
programs and events
Qualifications: Individuals in this position will need to have experience that includes:
• 3 years of recent training experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office package, particularly Word and PowerPoint
• Strong communication and listening skills
• Conduct classroom and workplace training
• Write and deliver training and assessment materials
• Group facilitation skills
• Able to manage/priorities multiple tasks/deadlines
• Good team skills and personal flexibility
• Smart dress and grooming standards
• Ability to speak, read, and write in Arabic |
